Shipping FAQs
Any item that you can add to cart is usually in stock. We only list items for sale that are available, but occasionally something may have sold out before our system catches up with it. In the unlikely event of this happening we will aim to contact you within one business day and arrange for a replacement or refund to your satisfaction.
Express delivery orders and most regular delivery orders placed before 12pm (South Australian time - (ACST/ACDT) on a business day are usually shipped on the same day. However, some times it may take up to 3 business days before your item has been handed over to a shipping carrier. During busy periods there may be small delays to dispatch some orders.
With current Covid-19 regulations and restrictions, delivery times may be affected. Please see updates from Australia Post regarding deliveries in your area.
If our team is away at an event and an order is placed on a Thursday or Friday prior to that weekend event. We will do our best to ship your order by end of business day Tuesday after the event. To see upcoming event we may be away for, see our announcement bar at the top of our home page.
Insurance on order
Insurance on your order is an option when checking out.
All orders under the product value of $100 AUD is covered under Australia Post as standard. Any orders exceeding the product value of $100 AUD will incur additional fees. If you do not see insurance for the product value of your order, please contact us and we can make an adjustment prior to placing your order. If you do not contact us in regards to insurance prior to placing your order, we may be unable to offer insurance for the product value of your order.
Australian Delivery
Cost to ship your order depends on your location and what items you have selected along with the shipping method selected. You can get a quote at the cart for your whole order. Below is shipping options available depending on your order; (Prices are subject to change and should be used as a guide only).
Express Shipping:
Express Shipping with tracking and insurance for orders up to $99.99 - Shipping costs $16.50
Express Shipping with tracking - No insurance. For orders over $100.00 - Shipping costs $10.00
Express Shipping (inc tracking & insurance for loss/damage to the value of your order - max. of $500 AUD) - Shipping Costs - $25.00
Express Shipping (inc. tracking & insurance for loss/damage to the value of your order - max. of $1,000 AUD) - Shipping Costs - $35.00
Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping with tracking and insurance for orders up to $99.99 - Shipping costs $12.00
Standard Shipping with tracking - No insurance. For orders over $100.00 - Shipping if FREE
Standard shipping (incl tracking & insurance for loss/damage to the value of your order - max. of $500 AUD) - Shipping Costs - $20.00
Standard shipping (incl tracking & insurance for loss/damage to the value of your order - max. of $1000 AUD) - Shipping Costs - $30.00

International Delivery
Cost to ship these orders depends on your location, although we have set a fixed rate to cover most locations. You can get a quote at the cart for your whole order. Please note - J.A.B Titanium Bolts is not responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may enforce. It is up to you (the customer) to find any information regarding this and you (the customer) take full responsibility to pay all costs associated with buying goods from J.A.B Titanium Bolts and receiving in your country. Some countries will not recover items labelled to a Post Office Box or Parcel Locker, all items/orders will require an address to either residential or business address. Any orders/shipments that get returned to us (J.A.B Titanium Bolts) due to a PO Box being used and deemed un-deliverable, we will refund you the product value, excluding the shipping costs associated with your order.
Due to coronavirus, some countries will not accept items/parcels from Australia. If this is the case and you have placed an order, you will receive a full refund of your order followed by an email explaining the situation.

Moldova: Only express option available - Shipping cost is $60.00 AUD
United States: Standard Shipping (DDP) for orders up to $1,000 AUD - Shipping cost is $40.00 AUD
United States: If ordering over $1,000 AUD worth of product, please email us prior to placing your order.
Rest of World:
Flat rate standard shipping (with tracking) up to 1kg - $30.00 AUD
Flat rate standard shipping (with tracking) up to 2kg - $40.00 AUD
Flat rate standard shipping (incl tracking & insurance for loss/damage to the value of your order - max. of $500 AUD) Shipping cost is $50.00 AUD
Tracking your parcel
In most cases, your order will be shipped with Australia Post and will usually have tracking to follow the delivery process.

Lost, missing, delayed or damaged parcels
In the case of a lost or missing parcel/s, J.A.B Titanium Bolts is not responsible or liable for any orders lost, missing or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping company. Some postal/shipping companies supply an option to take out extra cover for items being sent. If you wish to have extra cover through a shipping provider for loss or damages to your order, you will need to contact us at j.a.btitaniumbolts@gmail.com prior to placing your order. Each cover amount will depend on your total order amount.
Delayed parcels happen from time to time, however this is infrequent in our experience. We package orders and once handed to the shipping carrier, your order is out of our control. We cannot re-route the delivery address, refund or process a return order. If your items are delayed, you (the customer) must contact the shipping carrier and ask to lodge an inquiry. Once you have lodge an inquiry, please contact us via email and we will also then be able to lodge an inquiry. If the shipping carrier considers your parcel order 'lost' We may be able to get a refund for your order and then process that refund onto you.
If you order has been damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the shipping bag, box or package prior to opening and viewing the contents. This will help us bringing it to the shipping companies attention to be resolved ASAP. Items lost, missing or damaged upon receiving your order will be resolved individually.
International Shipping, Customs & Unclaimed Parcels
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged.
If a recipient refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the shipment may be refused or returned by the courier or postal service.
Missed Deliveries & Local Courier Policies
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery procedures are handled by the destination country’s postal or courier service. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:
Attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel at a local depot or post office for collection.
These procedures are determined by the local courier and are outside our control.
Unclaimed, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a parcel is:
• refused by the recipient
• left unclaimed
• undeliverable due to incorrect address details
• returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier. Once the item is returned and received by us, we may issue a refund minus the following costs:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
• Any customs charges or carrier handling fees incurred
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
